- Recognition of informal adult learning on personal wellbeing.
- Government departments to join up providing synchronisation of funding.
- A future framework to be created to help on directing organisations to deliver.
- Promotion of starting self organised learning groups.
- Need to see a greater link up between sectors.
- Recognition of the leadership role of Local Education Authorities in securing a broad range of learning opportunities.
- Launching a festival of learning in the Autumn 2009.
- Need to increase older people's learning opportunities.
